Start your journey in Hobart, Tasmania’s capital city located on the magnificent Derwent River with Mt Wellington (Kunanyi) as backdrop, visit the Lark Distillery in Cambridge (near Hobart airport), Redlands Distillery located at Kempton just north of the city and be sure to have a “night cap” at the Nant Whisky Bar in Salamanca Place.

Leaving Hobart travel via the Coal River Valley and visit Frogmore Creek, Pooley Wines and Puddleduck Vineyard before absorbing the history and charm of Richmond – complete with the oldest convict built bridge in Australia
