When checking into Sullivans Cove Apartments they will require a pre-authorisation on your credit card for $200 for any incidentals or damage.
Please note that as these are serviced apartments and not a hotel, reception operates during office hours (8.45am to 5.30pm). If arriving outside these times please ensure you have supplied a mobile number and made alternative arrangements for check in with the Manager. Please note that the apartment car parks are all a short drive from the Sullivans Cove Apartment office so please leave luggage in your car whilst checking in. Directions to the apartment car park will be given when checking in at the office.
Sullivans Cove Apartments has a zero tolerance to excessive noise. If clients make any excessive noise they are asked to leave without the issue of a warning. Please be conscious that this is a residential area and request that all of our guests treat this as such. If this is ignored action will be taken to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay.
